Terms & Conditions

Purchase Orders: All purchase orders must be in electronic form placed through the website and use the appropriate part numbers. RSI Motorsports cannot accept verbal purchase orders.

General Shipping: All orders placed with RSI Motorsports, LLC through our website will be processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Most tracking information will be received and orders will ship within 2 business days if the parts are in stock.

Drop Shipments: Certain part manufacturers offer drop shipments and this type of delivery may be utilized for ordered parts as appropriate, especially in situations where it will expedite shipping time. All drop shipments must be prepaid, and you are responsible for any fees, including reshipment, due to customs refusal, address error, etc.

Exports: Currently, RSI Motorsports can only ship orders to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, D.C. International orders may be available in the future and these terms & conditions will be updated as appropriate by our team.

Special Orders: Items designated as Special Order cannot be canceled once ordered from the Vendor. RSI Motorsports may refuse returns on any Special Order items for any reason.

Warranty: RSI Motorsports does not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, on the products it sells. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: RSI Motorsports only accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition with all pieces included. RSI Motorsports may refuse returns on any Special Order items for any reason. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be insured, and the customer must file any loss/damage claims with the shipping company. Customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns sent to any other facility other than the warehouse listed on the RMA will result in delayed credit processing times. RSI Motorsports will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number. RSI Motorsports applies a repackaging fee of $10 to any returns received without acceptable packaging.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to RSI Motorsports by the carrier, the customer will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages: The recipient of the shipment must report all damage and loss claims within 24 hours of receipt. RSI Motorsports will provide all necessary documentation as well as initiate the claim with the carrier. The recipient must keep all packing materials so the carrier can inspect them. RSI Motorsports accepts zero responsibility for customers and/or their customers who misplaced or discarded the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact RSI Motorsports immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.

**Off-‐Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation**: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by RSI Motorsports, LLC are designated Race or Off-Road Use Only. Any other use, including recreational off-­road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. RSI Motorsports does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads - that is entirely and solely the responsibility of the consumer. RSI Motorsports tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, customers should review any legal impacts of products prior to purchase. By purchasing from RSI Motorsports, you voluntarily certify that products will NOT be used in a manner to circumvent local, state or federal emissions regulations in your area. This applies especially to products in the categories of Intake, Exhaust, Forced Induction and Engine Electronics.

Pricing: Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of RSI Motorsports. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the customer the option to pay the difference.

Information Access: RSI Motorsports provides many advanced internet-­based features to our customers. Access to these resources is a privilege which can be revoked for infractions, which include sharing your member login information with other individuals, forwarding newsletters and information intended only for the end recipient, sending ‘screen shots’ and other such information to other individuals (or posting them on ANY social media outlet such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, SnapChat, etc) and providing invoices to any outside party. This agreement pertains to the customer and RSI Motorsports; the information should not be shared with third parties. Doing so will result in a full revocation of web access, possible reduction of discounts, and/or termination of business dealings.

Indemnification: Customer shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify RSI Motorsports, LLC from and against all suits, claims, losses, costs and expenses, even if such claims are groundless, fraudulent or false, arising out of any actual or alleged injury or death to any person, damage to any property, or any other damage or loss, any fine or penalty, resulting in whole or in part from: (1) any alleged or actual breach of any representation or warranty described in this agreement, (2) any design or construction defect in a Product supplied by Manufacturer, (3) or any breach of local, state, or federal laws or standards.
