We can ship to a PO Box in many cases. As some items are not eligible please contact us using the Contact Us option prior to making your purchase, so that we may assist in meeting your needs.
If a shipment is refused and is returned to RSI Motorsports LLC by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
In order to start the Return/Exchange process, you will need to use the Rsi Motorsports LLC webpage Contact Us option. Please be sure to incude as much information as possible, you will need to at the very least to include your order #, and the reason for the return/exchange request. We may have additional questions prior to processing the return or exchange. Once the request is recieved and a return/exhange has been accepted, a RMA will be provided from Rsi Motorsports LLC. See below for the Rsi Motorsports LLC Returns Policy and its limitations RSI Motorsports only accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition with all pieces included. RSI Motorsports may refuse returns on any Special Order items for any reason. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be insured, and the customer must file any loss/damage claims with the shipping company. Customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns sent to any other facility other than the warehouse listed on the RMA will result in delayed credit processing times. RSI Motorsports will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number. RSI Motorsports applies a repackaging fee of $10 to any returns received without acceptable packaging.

What is a core charge? A core charge is a fee that is added to the price of some parts. Items with a core charge contain components or materials that can be reused to make a new part. Starters, steering boxes, batteries and water pumps are just a few examples of parts that may have a core charge. When you return the old part (the core), we'll refund the core charge. Notes Damaged or unusable cores will not be accepted. If required, the cost of shipping return will be deducted from your refund. In accordance with state and local laws, sales tax charged on core value may be non-refundable.

If this happens, we make every effort to immediately communicate the available options. If that is not an option we will either dropship or backorder the part based on availability. Dropships will ship directly from the manufacturer to speed up the shipment and will be invoiced at the time of the order. Special Orders Items designated as Special Order cannot be canceled once ordered from the Vendor. Returned Special Order items are subject to a 10% special order return fee. We are required by law to inform you about the legal use of your parts. We are also required to refuse the sale if one of the following conditions is not met: The part has been granted an Executive Order (E.O.) from CARB. The part is used on a 1965 or older vehicle. The part is only used on a closed-course competition vehicle. (One that is not registered for use on public roads.)

Yes. In order for us to continue offering our deeply discounted wholesale pricing to our members without interruption, the Buyers Club memberships will automatically renew for another year at the current member tier cost (Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond) after the conclusion of your initial 12 month period. Additionally, the current chosen membership payment structure will remain constant. In other words, yearly subscriptions will renew on the 13th month at the same one-time yearly cost rate and monthly membership subscriptions will continue at the same fee charged on the 13th month as the 12th month.
